This case review will go through the management typically included with Parkinson patients. Dopaminergic treatment through medications to improve motor symptoms such as Cardidopa-Levodopa in conjunction with manual therapies such as physical therapy and chiropractic care focusing on gait, balance and posture. How multidisciplinary care can be utilized to address progressive motor and physical dysfunction.
